GENERAL POLICIES

• We ask that you always have your pet restrained on a leash or in a carrier. Even if your animal is well behaved, the pet sitting next to him may be unpredictable. Please be considerate of another animal's "comfort zone."
• We require a current physical exam (within one year) for your pet to take advantage of our boarding and bathing services. We feel that this is in everyone's best interest.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We don’t currently offer any billing arrangements other than personal checks, credit cards and Care credit. For Care Credit options please see the link below, which will allow you to apply in advance of your visit.
